Poolside Cooking LLC operates as a multifaceted entertainment company, focusing on television, podcasting, radio, and film production. Its flagship project, Poolside Cooking, has achieved significant viewership, reaching over 3.5 million households through broadcasts on WSKY-TV and Peachtree TV in Atlanta. The program was conceptualized by Virginia-based entrepreneur Jemmalyn Hewlett amid the COVID-19 pandemic, with its inaugural episode airing on June 6, 2020.
